Rise Westgrove is located 3 min from NC State, 10 min to downtown. New dishwasher, 1yr old washer and dryer, spacious kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are upstairs and there are 2 of them. 1 master BR and bath for 650, the other is a private room for 600 and share a bathroom with 1 person, me! Utilities are split equally.

When you move in it’s just me, both my other roommates are leaving and I really don’t want to move! I’m very chill. I don’t party, go the gym and watch sports and movies and cool shows.
