About the room
I have a large DOG and a CAT so must be pet friendly! Convenient to Hwy 17 & Hwy 707 in the Inlet. This is a 3bed/2bath, 1st floor condo with fully stocked and shared kitchen space, laundry room with washer/dryer. The room has a queen bed, dresser, large TV, and closet (pics from previous occupant, personal items now removed from bed/bath). There’s a back and side patio with chairs, grill, neighborhood pool and tennis courts. All utilities and Verizon Wifi included! I’m at the limit with my animals so no animals allowed (unless it’s a fish). Hardwood throughout with LVP in bedroom and tile in bathroom. No linens included. I’m clean, vacuum weekly, and keep kitchen clean but I’m, admittedly, not the neatest person.
About the roomies
Hi there! I’m a 40s female with a 9-5ish job but sometimes work from home. I am home most nights and enjoy my peace but am as friendly and chatty as you want to be. I don’t smoke and rarely drink but don’t care if you do. There is no smoking on the property though. I’m looking for a roommate that’s trustworthy, communicative, reliable, and responsible as I am too.
