The property and area are in a beautiful neighborhood 5 minutes from forth Stewart base is a very quiet place i do not accept anybody in my home ,am only renting the room ,the bathroom is private no visitor aloud in my property don’t care who is it is a no. It also.have laundry room only once a week the rest of the house is my peace the renter need to be clean the room slander need to match the rest of the house always I absolutely love my property is a month to month only contract and is not permanent basis i do not put picture of the rest of the house because is not included in the rental
Well basically am the owner whoever rent just need to follow rules my son is a georgia southern college student his in the second floor2,my daughter is a scad student second floor also ,the room am renting is in the first floor my other daughter also attend a private school she live on campus so is pretty basic the renter need to follow rules and thas it
