I own a two-story town home. It’s by like Hollingsworth and downtown Lakeland. I am like 5 minutes from the rec room and 6 minutes from the joinery. I’m looking to rent the spare room that is on the second level along with the master bedroom. If you want I can install a lock on the door and give you your own key of your choice to make sure you feel safe. The bathroom upstairs will be shared because that’s the only bathroom with a shower. There is a bathroom downstairs but it does not have a shower. So the only thing that would need to be shared is the shower. I will take care of all of the appliances and bills. Your rent will cover everything you need. I do not have Wi-Fi I’ve never needed it if you’d like to set it up you definitely can I won’t be using it though. I’m a 33-year-old male originally from North Dakota but moved to Florida. I love it here. There is a back patio and it is a nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. There’s a lot of old people here I’m like the youngest guy. Anyways the price listed will cover everything. A brand new central air conditioning unit was just installed. The AC is brand new and so is the heat! The hot water heater has plenty of hot water but if we run the dishwasher and you’re in the shower it will get cold on and off. But there’s plenty of hot water and you have a washer and dryer all to yourself! Anything in this home is also yours!

The only other people living at this property would be me. Unless we want to get more roommates that would potentially lower the rent that would be cool!
