$650 rent which will be for your rent, power and water, no pets, room is 10ft x 12.5ft, with a good size walk-in closet, will share a bathroom with one other roommate, Will have access to the washer and dryer and kitchen. House is located about 2 mins from downtown Boaz, off highway 205. No HARD drug use. No large parties/gatherings. One vehicle is okay. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month.

There are 2 people already living in the home, both males, both in our 30’s. We do have 1 old dog, he won’t bother you or your belongings, he mostly just sleeps. Absolutely no hard drugs.
