We’re renting out a large master bedroom in a clean, well-maintained home. The room is light, airy, and private, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, standing shower, soaking bathtub, and a spacious walk-in closet. Multiple windows and north-east facing exposure keep the room naturally bright while staying comfortably cool during the summer months.

The home is owned by the landlord and currently rented to her daughter and son-in-law, along with one other male roommate. Everyone is 26 years old, working professionals (mostly Monday–Friday; one Sunday–Thursday). The household values a quiet, respectful, and clean environment with good energy.

They occasionally have friends over but overall appreciate a peaceful home. Keeping common areas clean and sanitary is very important to both the tenants and landlord.

Ideal roommate is responsible, respectful, clean, and communicative!
