There are three large rooms available, and I’m open to discussing which room would work best for you. Please let me know your first, second, and third choices. Rooms & Pricing: Room 1: 137 × 107 inches – $900/month Room 2: 150 × 128 inches – $1050/month Room 3: 150 × 128 inches with a private bathroom – $1,150/month Lease & Move-In: Target move-in: April 1, 2027. Shorter terms are possible as long as two full months’ notice is given. Move-in requires one month’s rent plus one month’s security deposit, refundable minus any damages or unpaid rent. Rent can be paid proactively if preferred. Late fees apply 48 hours after the due date. House Features: Central heating & air conditioning Updated appliances, including dishwasher Laundry units in the house Plenty of storage under the house Parking available Outdoor landing with a seated area Room Features: Closets in every room Large windows with natural light Big, open rooms in the kitchen and living areas Expectations: Dishes should be washed immediately after use.
