The room is very spacious and has great natural lighting. There is a door to the balcony and the bathroom and closet are quite big! There is a built in desk as well for any student or work from home worker. The unit as a whole is very homy, the area is quiet and the street and neighborhood are very nice, with lots of trees and places to walk. It is close to UT, specifically the engineering buildings for any students who are interested.

I am the only other person in the unit. I am very respectful of the shared space and like to keep the unit relatively clean. I work a lot, so I do spend a lot of time at my desk in my room. I am an engineering student, so I will be either studying at home or studying elsewhere. I am very open and overall laidback with most things, as long as you’re respectful and considerate.
