The shared bathroom is huge, there’s a laundry room with washer and dryer, a cozy back yard with BBQ and fire pit, plenty of parking, and a fully appointed chef’s kitchen. There’s no motel that can beat that!

The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and conveniently located near the dead end of a peaceful street near NMSU, the hospital, Neighborhood Walmart, and the Space History Museum.

Hiking trails, bike trails, and off-road trails are all within walking distance as is the hospital Emergency Room.
