Both bedrooms have an on suite and large closet space. The apartment itself is large with a square footage of 1200. Plenty of parking spots are available in the front. There is a 1 car garage that will be shared between myself and my roommate. The community building has a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, weekly events, gym, and quiet spaces.

I am a quiet and respectful person. I came from Canada for work. I am a gamer and a foodie but I don’t cook that much so the kitchen will mostly be open. I am also very clean and would much appreciate a roommate who is also clean.
