About the room

My house is at the end of a dead end street. Room has bed, but I can move it to garage if it’s not needed. I don’t really use the living room, so you can set it up as your TV/video/entertainment area. There is not a bathtub, only shower with pebble/rock floor. I have a very large deck that I will be growing some vegetables on, but plenty of room to sun yourself or just enjoy the mini forest behind it. I usually spend my time on the lower level, which includes washer, dryer, 2nd shower, and toilet. Brownsville rd is 1/2 mile/.08 kilometers from house. Bus route 51 at top.

About the roomies

Currently there is no housemate. My ideal is a gay/bi man over 30 years old. I would consider a gay couple for an extra $200 I work at Home Depot as a Kitchen Designer.
