There’s a lovely deck in the back, an extra bathroom downstairs if the upstairs bathroom is occupied, and the place is close to downtown Lancaster. There’s a parking spot in front of the house, so no street parking needed, except for guests.

You would have your own bedroom, and the rest of the house is shared. I have had great experiences with housemates previously, and am looking forward to another similar experience! It will just be the two of us living here, and guests are welcome, though not in the bedrooms.
