Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at 2228–38 Sherman Ave. / 803–809 Noyes St, just two blocks from Northwestern’s campus. It’s an easy, quick walk to classes and campus buildings.

The lease runs September through June. Rent is $1,125 per month, and utilities will be split evenly. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.

I’ll be in my fourth and final year, and I’m looking for someone who’s conscientious about their noise level.
