Hello everyone! I’ll have a room available to rent in a 4x2.5 townhouse in Clermont (near Horizon West, 25 mins to Disney) by March/April. I’ll be living in the master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. I also have a cat named Bitsy who loves to hang in the living room area :) You’d be sharing your bathroom with a very clean and respectful woman named Tori. Rent would be $850 a month, which includes: -internet -in unit washer/dryer -a fully furnished guest bedroom for if you have friends over and they want to spend the night 🙂 -a back patio (working on getting furniture and a projector!! 🙂) -an upstairs loft near your room
This is a 4 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in a brand new neighborhood. There’s one empty bedroom upstairs you’d be taking- there is also a third bedroom upstairs that’s a fully furnished guest room. The guest room is available to all of us for friends or family staying overnight :) Utilities/electric will be separate and split evenly between the 3 of us, should be around $100 extra a month (probably less just depending on the month!)
I’m 26 and work full time as a server at disney, but when I’m home I love to just relax with my cat and watch a good movie. Most of the time I like to chill at home but I occasionally will have some friends over/parties on big occasions like birthdays or holidays. I’m 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly as well!! I have a boyfriend who is over once or twice a week, however he stays in my room most of the time and I’m very communicative of when he’s coming/staying over! :)
Tori will be living upstairs and she’s who you’d be sharing a bathroom with. She’s incredibly sweet, clean, respectful and funny! We both are very happy bubbly people who would love to find someone who will match that vibe :) We also both have very social jobs, so we have a great balance- sometimes we’re having some much needed alone time in our rooms, other times we’re having movie nights together on the couch.
