About the room
Looking for someone that is need of a room to rent. I have one empty room in my 4 bedroom home. Must be ok with there being one dog and two cats inside of the house. Carpet will be cleaned and blinds replaced. Located in Vacaville, CA. Full house privileges. Animals stay mainly stay in my room, especially when I am not home. Closet doors and rod removed to make more in but can be put back in.
About the roomies
It is me in the master bedroom, a friend who I have known for years renting one of the rooms and my son comes to stay part of the week in the 4th bedroom. Everyone is very easy to get along with.
