The Space & Lease Details:

Rent & Deposit: $1,000/month (all utilities included). Security deposit is one month’s rent.

Lease Terms: Completely flexible! I am open to month-to-month, 6-month, or 1-year agreements.

Your Bedroom: A private 114 sq. ft. room with beautiful hardwood floors, a closet, and two windows for great natural light.

The “Suite” Setup: You will have access to an upstairs full bathroom, a fully equipped upstairs kitchen (with dishwasher), and a spacious 184 sq. ft. upstairs living room that is already furnished with a couch and a projector.

Amenities: Washer and dryer are located downstairs on the 1st floor.

The House: It is a raised ranch in Bristol, CT. I live on the 1st floor.

Important Caveats (Please Read):

Female Only: I am strictly looking to rent to a female tenant.

My Son: I have an 8-year-old son who stays with me regularly. He is extremely friendly, loves playing games, and will definitely want to hang out and be your friend! You must be comfortable with an enthusiastic kid being around.

His Schedule: Every Wednesday (3 PM) to Thursday (8 AM).

Weekends: Every Friday (3 PM) through the weekend. (Alternating: One weekend he leaves Sunday at 12 PM; the next he leaves Monday at 8 AM).

The LEGOs: I am a huge collector with a lot of LEGO sets on display in the upstairs area. These are very important to me and must remain completely undisturbed.

About Me:

I work in construction and flooring, so I am very handy and keep the house in great shape.

I’m a big gamer and watch a lot of movies and TV shows.

I’m happy to hang out if you want a roommate to socialize with, but it’s totally not required—I respect personal space!
