Looking for someone to move into the 4th room in my home, available for move in April 16, 2026. This is a 4 bedroom bungalow with a basement and one full bathroom and another half bathroom. Located just 2 min drive from downtown Berkley and 10 minutes from downtown Royal Oak. Just a couple minutes from Beverly hills and Birmingham. Currently 2 females (me and my sister) and my boyfriend and one other male roommate are living in the home. Rent is $800 including utilities, internet and a monthly cleaning service. Can furnish room for an additional monthly rent. There is a security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent and background check. There is 1 cat and a small 6 pound dog in the home, all friendly, so animal lovers only!
