Hello, I am looking to rent one of the rooms in my 3bed 2.5bath home in Clayton, NC! The home is in a quiet neighborhood next to downtown, easy access to everything! The home has a front and back yard, garden area and lots of storage! The room has natural light, a double closet, and attic storage access. There is a large bathroom that would be entirely yours to use!
I have a full size bed as needed for purchase.
About the roomies
My name is Chad and I am a 30 y/o professional who is married to his job! I live alone with my own two cats, and currently two foster cats! I am a forever kid looking to rent a room out to help pay for house improvements. I am very timely and quiet, you will seldom if ever even see me due to my crazy schedule! I cook and bake constantly when I am home, and frequently will be out for second jobs and to visit people. There is typically always music playing through the home, and I have a billion hobbies I cycle through! The cats are all friendly and will try to sleep with you if you let them!
I am looking to rent for 3-12 months at a time, splitting utilities.
Open to anyone, but ideally looking for someone to be friends and hang out with!
