The house is in a super convenient location — just 15 minutes to CWI and within 5 minutes of a hospital, dental office, EMT services, chiropractor, and doctors’ offices. Rent is $750 per month and includes all utilities, so no extra monthly bills to worry about. The bathroom is shared, and there’s a laundry room on site for your convenience. Street parking is available. Pets are welcome (non-refundable pet deposit required, amount depends on the pet size). There is also a $75 non-refundable cleaning deposit.

We all keep to ourselves and are quiet. Nice backyard with deck to sit on in the sun. We have animals as well so must be ok with them as well.
