Hello all, the room available is our Master room for $1650, includes all of the utilities, and is available now. The house is three stories. The first floor is a smaller master suite with a private entrance and backyard along with the garage. The second floor is the common living space and powder room. The third floor has a jack and jill, master room, and washer and dryer.
Our new construction house is part of the Sycamore Grove community in Simi Valley right off of Cochran and Galena. We are conveniently located next to Trader Joes, Target, Sprouts, Grocery Outlets, Dollar Tree, and a bunch of great restaurants. Our community has a playground, gated dog park, pool, BBQ’s and fire pits, perfect for the stay at home weekend.
We welcome couples, just keep in mind that there is an extra $150 a month to help with utilities. Pets are also welcomed if they are house trained and well-behaved. There is a monthly pet fee of $50 and pet deposit of $250.

About the Housemates: Hi, I am a live-out landlord but don’t worry, I am only 15 minutes away, so I am always available for whatever you all need. We are really looking for tenants that are quiet, respectful, and kind to others. We currently have 3 housemates. All of the individuals in the house are quiet and respectful. The individual In the downstairs master suite is a vet with two friendly dogs and is currently in school. We have a music producer in one of the upstairs bedroom. Lastly, the last individual upstairs loves to play games and hangout with his cat during his free time when he isn’t working his IT job. We look forward to meeting you!
