Nice ranch house locating in Rhinebeck, NY in a development near the bridge. Great central location for Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Kingston and surrounding areas. Renter will have a private room on one end of the house. The room has a large closet, and a 1/2 bathroom. Common areas include an open floor plan living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. Renter will have to share the shower in the main living space. There is a basement with storage and workout equipment that you can have access to use. 1/2 acre of property gives you access to grass and outdoor living. There is a garden for you to use if you’d like to plant.

This is a unique share. I am a working mother with two children aged 14 and 16. We are not at the house much. In a months time, 14/28 days no one will be home with you. There may be an occasional drop in to get something, but the house will be yours. 3 days a week, my children will be there 2:45-4:30pm. I will pick them up and we don’t return back to the house until about 9/10pm. 2 days a week we get up in the morning to get ready for school and work, and are out of the house by 8:00am. With the right person, this can be a great house share that feels like you have the whole place to yourself.
