This is the attic bedroom and the largest room in the home. It comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, TV, and closet space. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry, along with access to the main living areas, if desired.– You are also welcome to bring your own furnishings if you’d prefer

This is a shared property. The roommates all work full-time and are rarely home, so interactions are typically just quick hellos and goodbyes. We’re respectful of each other’s space and privacy. As the homeowner, I take pride in keeping the house clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
