This room is located on the third floor (walk up ) in a three-story apartment building which is located next to the train station in the heart of Poughkeepsie. It is a three bedroom apt with shared common areas such as bathroom, kitchen and living room.

It offers convenient access to trains and buses, and is close to Marist College, CIA, DCC, hospitals, and the Walkway Over the Hudson with easy on and off ramps for Route 9. Off-street parking is available with permits or on a non-permit basis, with additional parking options in the future. Regarding the room: it features a master suite with a full-size walk-in closet. The room can be furnished or unfurnished upon request, providing a living space similar to a private studio apartment. Rent is $1,400 a month utilities, wifi, sanitation, and housekeeping of common areas are included. Laundry service is off-site with options for local cleaning services that drop off and pick up at the building weekly.
