Quiet neighborhood in a very nice culdesac! It’s pretty quiet and ideally would like to keep it that way. No heavy traffic. No partying. 420 friendly, cigarettes outside. Im looking for someone with no pets and no guest staying over every night. A few days is fine but no longer than 3 days. The room is unfurnished but has a great bay window for natural sunlight! Shared kitchen and bathroom with laundry on site. I rent the basement from an older man and his dog but don’t use the other room and would like the extra revenue! Again, awesome place great energy and only another matching energy will be a good fit.. Thanks for looking!
