Hi! I’m renting out a room in my 2bd apartment in Downtown Jersey City. My roommate is leaving April 1st so will be looking for someone to join the lease with me. The space is very large with equal sized bedrooms and plenty of natural light. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Grove St (depending on how fast you hustle), and parking is available for an extra $200 a month. Cats in the pictures are my roommates and will not be staying.

About me: I’m a creative professional working in the city 3-4 days a week - usually long hours, so I’m usually only home during the weekdays after 9pm or on weekends. I’m very chill, my main concern is sharing cleaning responsibilities and keeping the noise down after a certain hour, so looking for someone similarly responsible. I also make music so you might hear a beat or guitar but I don’t make much noise besides that!
