Fire pit, fireplace, laundry room, all utilities included except cable is extra. Deep water dock access for fishing and swimming. Close to Cumming, Gainesville, Port Royal and Dawsonville. No pets, drugs, smoking /vaping or drama please. Initially 1-3 month trial, then available up to 12 month rental with possibility of renewal. No daily rentals.

Owner/roommate only other person at home-occasionally. Owner is easy to get along with, fun, friendly and expects respect from roommate to her home.
