Spacious private room available in a 3BD two-floored townhouse; recently renovated! Private bathroom and private living room for current price. Shared bathroom and living room will decrease monthly rent price. There is currently one other tenant who has their own private bathroom. There are two floors with two separate living room. There is an in-unit garage where there is the washer + dryer combo. The townhouse is very spacious and the only shared space is the kitchen and garage. This is a private, gated community with 24/7 surveillance.
About the roomies
Greetings! I am a healthcare IT professional as well as a screenwriter. I travel frequently for work and rent out my property to professionals who are respectful, tidy, and like-minded. I take my careers seriously and respect the space I live in; I only expect my tenants to uphold the same guidelines. I do not own any pets, but am a dog-lover (unfortunately no pets allowed on property!). Communication and transparency are a must whilst living in my home. There’s much space and I’m very flexible with my tenants needs and requests. My home is spacious and newly renovated and I’m hoping to find a tenant to fill the private room ASAP!
