Looking for 3rd roommate. West Central Arlington, Room in private home (Arlington) There is no long-term lease required, however, looking for someone that wants to stay long term. I was operating Airbnb in these rooms, however Arlington has made short term rentals illegal in October 2019. So now have changed over to long term rentals. City of Arlington definition “A short-term rental” (STR) refers to any residential structure, or a portion thereof, used for lodging accommodations to occupants for a period of less than 30 consecutive days.“ I only rent for 30 days or more. Because of scammers and spammers, I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY TEXTS. ONLY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS with a valid phone number WILL BE ANSWERED. Nicely furnished bedroom for $700, with all bills paid, for single person. There is no long-term lease required. Included are ALL the extras that I include normally on Airbnb, including coffee and numerous kitchen items, from hot chocolate to teas, peanut butter, honey, all the oils and spices, sugar, flour, milk, bread and many other things and items such as towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap. Yes, oversize washer and dryer. Basically, bring your clothes and toothbrush! Yes, I encourage you to cook at home. I just added a Alkaline Water Tank for drinking. There is a very nice patio outside, however, right now, mosquitos are an issue and I suggest wearing a deterrent when outside. Outside smoking is ok. There is wireless internet and Netflix, plus local channels. No outside people are allowed inside the house. Looking for 3rd roommate. 1st roommate has lived here over 2 years and is a computer tech that works from home. 2nd roommate has also lived here for 2 years and has a tech job that involves outside work at residential sites but has no interaction with the homeowner. Both only go out to pickup food or go to grocery store. Neither does outside socializing. We are looking for someone to fit into our mindset.
