I also rent out on Airbnb, but also more than 30 days and guests usually tend to be long term roommates also. I don’t rent short term. I only rent for 30 days or more. Nicely furnished bedroom for $800, with all bills paid, for single person. There is no long-term lease required. Included are ALL the extras that I include normally on Airbnb, including coffee and numerous kitchen items, from hot chocolate to teas, peanut butter, honey, all the oils and spices, sugar, flour, rice, milk, bread and many other things and items such as towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap. Yes, oversize washer and dryer. Basically, bring your clothes and toothbrush! Yes, I encourage you to cook at home. There is a very nice patio out back. Outside smoking is ok. I am about 2 miles west of UTA, near Division and Bowen. This room is currently listed on Airbnb for long term only, meaning 30 days or more and you can book directly on Airbnb if you prefer. I am unable to post the link to Airbnb, but this offer will be a monthly rental lease, directly with me. I require an application, background check and deposit. Deposit depends on your rental and credit history. This is an exceptionally clean townhouse with 2 1/2 baths. Twin size bed w/couch and share bath with a walk-in tiled shower with a pebble floor. Kitchen & Living are common areas. There is a washer/dryer you are welcome to use. There is wireless internet and Netflix, plus local channels. No outside people are allowed inside the house unless you are home. This is an offer to rent by the month for $800, directly with me and agreeing to Airbnb rules and accepting that I will have other long-term roommates.

The longest a current roommate has been with me is 8 years now and he has no plans of moving. Also we have a domestic black short hair female cat born 4/1/2022 and also a Siamese female cat born 7/26/2022.
