Located in Lincoln Shores Apartments in Northern St Pete. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and you will have your own room and bathroom across the hall from it. The apartment is furnished however your room is not. Rent & Utilities will be split 50/50 and usually run somewhere between $600 to $700 a month each. Looking for someone to move in on February 1st. Lake view apartment with laundry on site and ample parking. Lease expires end of June so roughly 5 months. I will be interviewing you in person, don’t message me saying your overseas and paying through the mail.
