Furnished room in private home with large yard with pool in upscale neighborhood south of the 56 and west of the 15 about 10 minutes from Torrey pines state beach and 15–20-minute drive to downtown San Diego. Room is furnished with very comfortable adjustable twin bed, desk, wall mounted smart TV, small refrigerator and has small walk-in closet. You would share a recently remodeled bathroom with one other 23-year-old straight male roommate. Home also has washer/dryer and high-speed spectrum internet.

We are a married gay male couple both former military and the homeowners. One works for the airlines at the airport the other is semi -retired and works from home. The other bedroom is rented to a straight 23-year-old male. We also have one very playful 50lb dog. You must be a non-smoker and very clean. Room will be for you only (no overnight guest). We would prefer a military guy just based on past experiences but not a must. We do want a roommate who is somewhat social as we like to know the person living with us. Almost all of our previous tenants have become longtime friends.
