VERY, unfortunately “experienced” with diasterous roommate situations. Require boundaries, privacy, appreciated and respected. Willing to share 1 bedroom and private bath of 3 bedroom, 2 bath, attached garage owned home, AND share complete access to fully equipped kitchen, furnished formal living, dining, room and den with fireplace. Brick home in residential area, (Southwest area off Chatham and Ogeechee), parking on property, on bus route. Smoking (cigs ONLY!!!). Must be okay with my 2 elderly, shy kitties! Happy to reduce rent if perfect “match” enjoys and will help me with minor “around the house” tasks, like rearranging furniture, helping post pics on “for sale” stuff, etc. I’m a “young” female “ mature adult, facing some physical issues soon. “Transplant” from Dallas, TX area, Savannah has nearly killed me. Potential roommate MUST HAVE VEHICLE, PROOF OF INCOME (JOB OR GOVERNMENT INCOME),. TOTALLY DRUG FREE!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! NO DRAMA!!!! Just trying to find nice, congenial human that won’t take advantage, just be responsible for themselves.

I own 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. I owned biggest “roommate” service in Dallas/Ft. Worth area for years. Currently kinda limited to minimal physical activity. If any “help required” I will gladly deduct hourly cost from rent. No one else on property. Would love to have “roommate/friend” to run around with me, maybe see ocean, discover Savannah and have fun, NO SERIOUS COMMITMENT related to roommate. Just as comfortable with minimal contact, not nosey or intrusive.
