We have a big garden bed with lots of extra fruits, veggies and flowers. Amenities include: air conditioning, (summertime) washer/dryer in garage, dishwasher, espresso machine, outdoor grill, backyard chairs, and picnic table. You’ll share the kitchen, laundry area, bathroom and common areas with two other roommates.

Us: (married - male/female late 30’s). We love to cook, garden, go camping, watch movies, and spend time in the large backyard in the warmer months. Summertime BBQ’s, backyard fire pit, and outdoor movies. We are clean, respectful, and keep to ourselves with different work schedules.

You: Someone easygoing and clean, professional, and responsible, who is looking for a stable place to live for a while. We prefer a female in their (30’s). Someone who also wants their home to be a peaceful refuge. We are not looking for passive aggression, excessive noise, destructive behaviors, excessive alcohol/drug use, or a revolving door of strangers.

6 month lease then month to month. Rent is $925 per month with a security deposit of $925. All utilities included. Must have renters insurance. A background check fee of approximately $50 will be charged by a third-party service. A clean background check, proof of income, and a solid rental history are required. This is a no-smoking house, “Dogs or Cats only. (25lbs - 130ish lbs) - dog doors to backyard.
