Hello! Studio City, CA rental: Begin June 1 (or May 31st) M-M Your Own Private Large Master Bedroom and Full Bathroom in Christian Home Shared with Just 1 female. Prefer Female. My last roommate was a devout Christian nurse. The room can be furnished with comfy bed, lamp, blinds, or you can bring your own furniture.

The 2-2b apt is on a Beautiful, Quiet Street, in a nice safe neighborhood, centrally located on the Border of Toluka Lake & Studio City. It has luxury amenities for ex/ Gated Side by Side Parking (*not tandem or street), secure entry, including security cameras, Central A/C & Heat, dishwasher, living room, Kitchen, pool etc., walking distance to shops, park, and close to major freeways.

1300/ month and 1,000 security deposit. Shared minimal utilities about 100/ month. minimum stay 1 month No overnight dates, must have good credit, & reference.

Little about me: I love Jesus, worship, the beach, hiking, church, meeting up with a friend (/s), clean comedy, The Chosen show, reading, natural health care, praying, am friendly and welcoming, but also value time alone in my room & sleep, employed and have a small, adorable, sweet, non shedding, hypoallergenic, well trained (only potty’s outside), 4 year old malti-shi. (We are at our max pet allowance though.)
