Shared upstairs kitchen, garage, backyard, laundry room, and mid-level living space. The room is not furnished but I did include a picture of how it looks with furniture. It is a mile walk from downtown Longmont, great location! Located in a cul-da-sac, all neighbors are kind.

One roommate who keeps to himself, very quiet, and a minimalist. Works as a satellite engineer and sometimes his schedule changes to nights.
