Hey everyone! I’m Will, 27, originally from the Boston area, and I moved to Nashville in July 2024. I’m a quiet, clean roommate who’s happy to hang out or keep to myself on the weekends. I work in downtown security while looking for a new full-time position. My current roommates are moving out in June, so I’m looking to fill their rooms with responsible, friendly people. Male or Female does not make a difference to me, but looking for people in my age range. House in Nashville (Glenngarry Area) Move in time frame: Early June 2026 I’ve got 2 — possibly 3 — spots opening up in a house in the Glenngarry neighborhood and looking for chill, responsible roommates to fill them. 3 would be Home office needs dependent. Details: • Rent: About $1,155/month Total — utilities are separate but factored into stated rent price. • Location perks: Planet Fitness and Kroger are both about a 2-minute drive away, downtown 15 minutes away with normal traffic. NO PETS🙁 • Parking: Wrap-around driveway with gated rear entry • Covered carport space for 2 vehicles + total parking for up to 4 cars • In-house laundry Available rooms are all close in size to example picture. ( I have a queen bed, two night stands, and a dresser with a TV on it currently with plenty of space.) Furniture in pictures belongs current roommates. Looking for people who pay rent on time, clean up after themselves, and generally function like adults, LOL.
