LOOKING TO FILL ONE UNFURNISHED ROOM ASAP! This available bedroom is very cozy and is located on the second floor. The main floor at the top is where the front door is located. Kitchen is on the top floor, as well. In addition to the large bathroom on the second floor with a waterfall shower head, there is a 1/2 bath on the top floor. My lovely 4-bedroom home is located in a quiet, safe and fun neighborhood and is right in the heart of Lockeland Springs. For anyone that hasn’t been to East Nashville before, it truly is the hip part of Nashville and has so much to offer. We are only a short walk to Rosepepper Cantina, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Five Daughters and many more hot spots. All appliances included PLUS W/D on site which is a huge plus for everyone! This home is a true gem with fantastic roomies. Looking for honest, responsible, reliable, kind and neat roomies please :).
