Brand new large house in an upscale, diverse community. Situated near UTC Mall, UCSD, beautiful La Jolla beaches and Miramar Air Base. The room for rent is a fully furnished primary bedroom with a large en-suite. The large room and bathroom is 543 square feet.

Open plan kitchen, living, dining, and powder room for all to use. Side yard free for everyone to enjoy. Please respect other renters personal space and belongings.

Utilities are included. Background check, credit check, renters insurance, and proof of employment and/or proof of ability to pay are required.

There are three professional women living here. One of us works full time and the other two are full time UCSD students and working part time.
