This flat is the upper unit of a 1920’s brick duplex owned by me. It has amazing light and a nice open floor plan with hardwood floors. My home is thoughtfully appointed with a mix of midcentury modern and antique items. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is very spacious. The bedroom available is 10X11 and is near the bathroom. It can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your need. There is a work out room with weights, a bench, and a TRX set up that is available as well as a daybed for guests. Private laundry is available in the basement as well as storage space if needed. Oh! we have central AC. Lastly we have a great yard and back patio.

I am a single 39 year old woman who likes to cook, garden, exercise, read, and attend the many amazing cultural events Detroit has to offer. I own my own business so work flexible but demanding hours off site. I love my home. I have been working over the last year to make it very homey and beautiful. I did a lot of work on the garden area last year and would love to have someone in the home who also enjoys gardening and spending time outside. I am open to dogs as long as they are friendly with all other people and other dogs as I sometimes dog sit for friends and family.
