• No exterior or maintenance responsibilities
• Living Standards (Non-Negotiable) This home is maintained well. Your personal space must be kept clean. Common areas must be cleaned immediately after use. No dishes left out at any time. This is not a social hangout or party house please.

House Rules:

• No drugs of any kind
• No smoking or vaping inside-ever.
• Dogs ok-must be house trained. Fenced in backyard included but must clean up after each use.
• Quiet, respectful environment at all times Guests:
• Overnight guests permitted no more than 2 nights per week
• No consecutive overnight stays
• Guests must remain in your private area
• Additional overnight guest use beyond limits requires $600/month per person
• Any violation results in immediate removal
