I’m looking for a roommate rent would be 700 a month plus utilities (Internet, and electric as well as toiletries split ) It’s a two bedroom apartment with a balcony. The apartment is furnished beside the spare room. Will need to supply bedroom furniture. I already have two cats. I would prefer a female roommate but would be open to a male roommate. I work a lot of hours I am currently on dayshift and soon will be switching the nights. I prefer open communication, especially about having guests over. It’s just me living in the apartment and my two cats Unfortunately, I cannot allow any more animals to come into the apartment as I am maxed out on animals.
