It is a shared apartment, 2 bed 2 bath. You’ll have your own room with a full bath plus a walk in closet. Non-shared spaces are unfurnished, I am working to get the living area some furniture. The kitchen is nicely updated, there is a balcony, and included amenities include a pool, gym, and tanning station. Washer, dryer, full kitchen plus dishwasher included. It is a 10 minute drive down the road drive from ASU but out of the way of loud traffic.

Utilities are separate, so the total plus rent looks to be around $600 a person. I already have wi-fi set up and am willing to split costs.

The staff are great and always get back to me quickly if there are issues.

I’m a grad student at ASU, working full time as a research student. I’m quiet, stick to my own space, and admittedly am a bit of a stickler for a clean shared common area. I don’t drink or smoke, and would appreciate someone who doesn’t smoke, either.

I do have a cat (short haired) and have already covered both the pet security and rent, so you’ll get some free cuddles. She is great with tank animals like reptiles, but is not a fan of other cats or dogs. My job sometimes sends me to conferences, so I’d ask you to be open to pet sitting 2-3 days every few months, which I will happily pay you for.
