My wife & I are retired & live upstairs on the main level. We have no pets on the premises. We have 2 Apartments in the basement with separate entrances, They are totally independent of each other with separate Heating and Air & no shared appliances . This unit is the 1 bedroom with a full Tub/Shower Bathroom, Stack Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave, Hotplate & some Small Cooking Appliances.
