The room is around 170 sq. ft. with a decent-sized storage closet (shown in photos), located in the house right next to the first floor bathroom. While unfurnished, we have guys who would be willing to assist with any moving needs. The house itself is located on the northeast corner of campus, only a couple of blocks from the Library Mall area. It comes with a kitchen, washer, dryer, and full utilities (which while not included is exponentially less costly than rent). While the house is primarily for a fraternity, things will be kept clean, volume will be reasonable during sleeping hours, any and all belongings will be safe and sound, and you will not have to deal with or participate in any of the activities we would do as a fraternity (which consists mostly of philanthropic or casual social events).

Contrary to what you might believe about a fraternity house, pretty much all of the housemates spend their time doing work or hanging out around the first floor, where we have a pool/ping-pong table, Switch games, and a TV/living room that we use for weekly movie nights. We try to do fun stuff around the house as much as we can; if you’d like to join in you are more than welcome to, and if you’d prefer to hang out in your room we’ll respect your space completely.
