The available bedroom room is the same size as the master bedroom, roughly 18x12. It includes access to a full bathroom with makeup room and walk-in closet. It also has a set of patio doors. This lease is renewing in June, and this is for a formal lease-take-over. Actual rent is $930, with about $200 per month bills. This could also be considered $1150 all bills paid.

Shared area (pictured above) is a large rectangle, about equal to the length of the bedroom + ensuite area. There is furniture currently in the room that the current tenant will have moved. Some of it belongs to me, and it is available for use/sale, if that is desired. (This includes a mattress, raised bedframe, and fold out table). Room is immediately available, as the current tenant has moved in elsewhere.

The opposite room is occupied by a cis-male (me, 40) and a cis-female (32). We are both fairly social, but able to keep to ourselves if we’re with someone who is more private. We are polite and considerate. She cleans frequently, and often makes meals which our roommate is welcome to share. We are chill and would prefer the same. I spend most of my time on the computer. We occasionally watch movies/anime on the living room system or in our room.
