TWO ROOM PACKAGE. I am looking to rent out part of the north wing of my house, which contains a 10 x 14 master with a closet and walk-in closet across the hall, and another 10 x 10 bedroom with a closet. You would have your own private full bathroom and use of common areas including living room (with wood-burning fireplace), TV room, dining room, laundry room, and kitchen. We would share the office across from the smaller bedroom. You could park in the driveway or on the street. I have wi-fi and cable and all utilities will be included. You would be responsible for keeping the bathroom (which can serve as a guest bathroom if folks are visiting) and your private areas clean. I have supplies and tools that you can use. I can do furnished or unfurnished (i.e., beds, nightstands or none), up to you. I am close to Highway 100 and Minnetonka BLVD … literally minutes from uptown and about 15 minutes to downtown … I work in Eden Prairie so that is about 20 minutes on a good traffic day.

It’s just me, a 50 year-old male. I will be staying in the living space downstairs, the walkout basement. I am very busy and not around a lot. I am a musician, so will be having practices on some evenings and some Sunday afternoons. I have a partner who stays over a couple of times a week and I also a full-time job.
