This entire basement mother in law suite is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.There are mountain views with lots of trails and everything near by. Features are the following: nothing is shared, it has its own private entrance, its own private fenced in patio, a large living room with a flat screen television, a dining room table that seats four people, a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, fully furnished, Keurig coffee maker, and two griddles for fast meals. There is a large hallway. The suite contains its own laundry room with an all-in-one washer and dryer. The bedroom is queen sized with a flat screen in the bedroom as well. There is an egress window that brings in plenty, plenty of sunshine. The bathroom has a shower, vanity, and commode. It can be a long-term or short-term lease. Please note: there is a refundable $1,000 deposit for a lease from 6 months to a year. For a lease less than 6 months the deposit is negotiable on an individual basis.

About the roomies

I am a peaceful, cheerful and respectful of others type of person/landlord. My privacy is just as important as yours. I do not live on the same floor. There is no sharing of anything whatsoever. Unless needed, there is minimal contact if at all. The apartment is comfortable for a couple, or roommates teaming up, or a single person. This is NOT a setup where the landlord chooses a person (roomie) then another, thus becoming a “roomies” apartment. Please contact me with any questions. I would be happy to help.
