I’m quiet, respectful and enjoy a peaceful living situation where the home is considered sacred and safe. I utilize the living room and roommate would need to feel comfortable in his/her room studying, reading, watching tv. Keep kitchen clean and share in household chores/cleaning, yard work, shoveling, trash etc. I’m the only one sharing the space and will not tolerate drama, disrespect, noise Need a quiet, respectful and highly mature and responsible roommate. There is a house tenant that occupies the basement space who is on a separate lease etc but will share in utility bills etc.
