We are three male roommates in our late 20s to mid-30s. We are federal employees working in different areas of government.

We are looking for someone with a similar professional background and age range who is friendly and social, but also respectful of personal space.

Lease & Costs

• No broker fees or hidden fees (privately managed)

• One month’s rent plus a security deposit due at move-in

• Utilities split evenly among roommates

• Preference for a 1-year lease or longer

Room Options

• Bottom room (with bookshelf): $1,300/month + utilities

• Upper room (with white bed in photos): $1,550/month + utilities

Both rooms are available starting March 1, 2026.
