Nice and cozy upstairs room in a cape cod. There is a half bath up there that I hardly use, so you would just be sharing that with the other person upstairs in the other bedroom. Full bath downstairs and a large kitchen and screened in porch out back. I am a quiet, professional sober woman. No kids and no couples. No guests without prior approval. No drugs, or drinking. Smoking ok outside. I have a cat and small dog. I may consider a small pet.

I am a 55 year old sober woman. I work full time and im very quiet and laid back. There is another woman who rents the other room. She is also quiet and very nice. She works as well.
