Bathroom: Spacious, featuring a long counter and plenty of cabinets. You will only share it with 1 roommate.
Flexible Setup for 2 People: We offer the option to replace the queen bed with two double beds (separated by a nightstand) to accommodate 2 people instead of 1, for an additional $200/month. Common Areas: You will have access to our living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry facilities (use is subject to basic house rules to ensure a harmonious environment).
Parking: Parking space for one (1) car is available in the driveway.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but we have a large outdoor patio where you are more than welcome to smoke comfortably.
The Neighborhood: Enjoy our community swimming pool, pedestrian dock, playgrounds, and beautiful walking trails.

Hi! We are Felipe & Gabo. We are a quiet, organized, and respectful couple. We live a relaxed, wellness-focused lifestyle: we love practicing yoga, eating healthy, and connecting with nature. On our days off, you can often find us camping or having fun at the local theme parks.
